Step into a deeply restorative experience designed to ground your body, quiet your mind, and awaken your energy.

This 3-hour mini retreat is a soulful blend of movement, meditation, sound, and energy healing — guided by two powerful practitioners.

What to Expect:

Chakra Yoga (50 min)

Led by Carolina — activate and balance your root & sacral chakras through a grounding, chakra-focused flow.

Open-Focus Meditation (50 min)

Guided by Ani — expand inner awareness and deep peace through mindful meditation and presence.

Sound Healing + Reiki (50 min)

Carolina offers an immersive sound journey while Ani provides hands-on Reiki to elevate your healing experience.

Short breaks between sessions for integration and reflection
